60 ml Cognac 10 ml orange liqueur 10 ml fresh pineapple juice 50 ml pineapple syrup - 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled glass.
60 ml Brandy 10 ml maraschino luxado 1 bar spoon curaçao 15 ml fresh lemon juice 1 bar spoon simple syrup 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Rim the glass with castor sugar. Mix all the ingredients with ice cubes in a mixing glass and strain into prepared cocktail glass.
45 ml vodka 45 ml chocolate vodka 45 ml rum 2 t cherry syrup 3-4 dashes Angostura bitters
In a cocktail shaker, add ice and all the ingredients except the bitters. Replace the lid and shake for 5-10 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and top with bitters.
A bottle of Monkey Shoulder 90ml sugar syrup 30ml Angostura bitters Orange zest & twist (for garnish)
Remove 100ml of Monkey Shoulder from the bottle. Add sugar syrup and bitters directly into the bottle. Recork and shake. Strain into glass with ice and add a garnish of orange zest.
