Mint Julep Recipe
– 2 oz bourbon – 8 mint leaves plus extra sprigs for garnish– 1/2 oz simple syrup– Crushed ice
Lightly muddle the mint leaves and the simple syrup.Add the bourbon. Fill the glass with crushed ice.Stir gently.Garnish with the extra sprig of mint and add a straw.
