It is a cocktail of bourbon, bitters, water and sugar that date back to the 1800s.
– 50 ml Woodford Reserve – 1 tsp brown sugar – 2 dashes of Angostura bitters – lemon peel for garnish
– 50 ml Woodford Reserve – 1 tsp brown sugar – 2 dashes of chocolate bitters – maraschino cherries for garnish
– 50 ml Woodford Reserve – 1 tsp cinnamon and star anise infused simple syrup – 2 dashes of bitters – lemon peel for garnish
– 50 ml Woodford Reserve – 1 tsp brown sugar – 2 dashes of bitters – 3 drops of liquid smoke added to the water used for ice
